The ground floor is numbered 1 and the topmost floor is numbered 9. H stays on an even numbered floor and likes playing Table Tennis. A also stays on an even-numbered floor but below the floor on which H stays. The one who likes playing Chess stays on the fourth floor. E stays on the second floor and likes playing Football. The one who likes playing Rugby stays on the third floor. A does not like playing Lawn Tennis. There are two floors between the floors on which the people liking Badminton and Table Tennis stay. C likes playing Cricket. There are three floors between the floors on which C and G stay. D stays on a floor immediately above J’s floor and J does not like playing Chess. There is one floor between the floors on which F and G stay. F does not like playing Rugby. The one who likes playing Hockey stays on the topmost floor. F does not stay on the ground floor.
